Why this matters
If you’re tracking specific properties or monitoring changes across your portfolio, email updates keep you informed automatically - no need to re-search every week.
PropertyShark can alert you whenever new information becomes available for a property, including recent sales, ownership transfers, foreclosure filings, or changes in listing status. This feature helps you stay on top of opportunities, risks, and client needs in real time.
If you find a property of particular interest and would like to be notified when new details are added to the property report, you can set up an option that will instantly send you an email with the updates.
