Why this matters
Adding your own branding to Property Reports and Comparable Reports personalizes your presentations, reinforces brand recognition, and helps you stand out when sharing data with clients or partners.
You can upload your company logo and contact details once, and they’ll automatically appear on every Property Report or Comps Report you download or print.
All PropertyShark users can create personalized property reports and comparables - featuring your name, photo and company logo - to print for commercial use. Upload a customized header, add your personal information and a headshot, and use them whenever you print a property report.
What you’ll do
- Add your company logo to your PropertyShark account
- Preview how it displays on Property and Comparables reports
- Update or remove your logo as needed
1. Add Your Logo to Reports
Steps
- Log in to your PropertyShark account.
- Click your name or profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Account Settings.
- In the Branding / Logo section, click Upload Logo.
- Choose a clear, high-resolution image file (recommended formats: JPEG or PNG).
- Once uploaded, your logo will appear in preview.
Tip: Use a rectangular logo with a light background for best visibility on white report templates.
2. Where the Branding Appears
After uploading your logo, it will automatically appear:
- In the header of each exported Property Report (PDF or printed version)
- On Comparables Reports and exported summary pages
- In the footer area alongside your account name and contact details (if provided)
Your logo does not display on-screen within the PropertyShark interface - only on downloaded or printed reports.
3. Updating or Removing a Logo
To replace or remove an existing logo:
- Return to Account Settings → Branding / Logo.
- Click Remove Logo or upload a new file.
- Save your changes.
New exports will immediately reflect your updated branding. Previously downloaded reports remain unchanged.
Pro Tips
- Keep your logo under 2 MB for fastest upload and optimal print quality.
- For best results on PDF reports, use an image at least 300 px wide.
- Consider adding your company phone number or website in Account Settings → Contact Info — this data appears next to your logo on reports.
