Why this matters
The Property Report Tools (or Research) menu gives you quick access to advanced features for research, lead tracking, and outreach - all directly from within any Property Report.
Instead of switching between multiple pages, you can use these tools to run comparables, export reports, follow properties, or view related ownership data in just a few clicks.

- Use the built-in tools while viewing a Property Report
- Run comps, save or export reports, and manage follow-ups
- Access ownership, mailing list, and contact insights without leaving the page
1. Accessing the Research Menu
Steps
- Open any Property Report by searching for an address, owner name, or parcel ID (BBL).
- In the right side of the report report, locate the Research menu.
- The menu includes quick links to core tools such as:
- Find Comparables
- Print/Email Report
- One-page report
- Build list
- Set Follow-up
- Get Property Alerts
- Add note
- Add to list
Tip: The Research menu adapts to your subscription tier.
2. Research Tools Explained
Find Comps
Launches the Comps Tool using this property as the subject. The system auto-fills basic parameters (location, building class, radius) to help you identify similar recent sales quickly.
Print/Email Report
Downloads the full Property Report in PDF format. Use this for presentations, client meetings, or offline review. The PDF includes all key data sections - ownership, building, zoning, and tax details.
Get Property Alerts
Subscribes you to email notifications whenever the property record changes (new sales, ownership transfers, foreclosure filings, etc.).
Build List
Creates a list of comparable nearby properties or other parcels owned by the same entity. Perfect for marketing or canvassing campaigns.
Set Follow-Up
Flags this property for later review in your Follow-Up List, allowing you to track leads or potential investments in one place.
Add Note
You can add custom notes to the report. (Example: This property is interesting!)
One-Page Report
Let's you print or export the front page of the report.
Add To List
Adds the report to a custom list (folder).
