1. Accessing the Tools Menu
Steps
- Open any Property Report by searching for an address, owner name, or parcel ID (BBL).
- At the top of the report (or in the right-hand panel), locate the Tools or Actions menu.

2. Common Tools Explained
Find Comps
Launches the Comps Tool using this property as the subject. The system auto-fills basic parameters (location, building class, radius) to help you identify similar recent sales quickly.
Email Report
Downloads the full Property Report in PDF format. Use this for presentations, client meetings, or offline review. The PDF includes all key data sections - ownership, building, zoning, and tax details.
Follow Property / Get Updates
Subscribes you to email notifications whenever the property record changes (new sales, ownership transfers, foreclosure filings, etc.).
Build List
Creates a list of comparable nearby properties or other parcels owned by the same entity. Perfect for marketing or canvassing campaigns.
Add to Follow-Up
Flags this property for later review in your Follow-Up List, allowing you to track leads or potential investments in one place.
