How to Search for Pre-Foreclosures

Step 1

First select 'Foreclosures' from the main menu bar and then choose Pre-foreclosures ( next to 'Foreclosure auctions').

Step 2

• Click on 'Locations by Map' from the criteria on the left hand side. This will open the map where you can select the following types of region directly on the map: neighborhoods, zip codes, school districts, community districts.
• Narrow down the results by using our filters:  case number, square feet, year built, no. of units, tax lien amount, and many more. Then click the Search again.

Step 3

When you have finished choosing your filters, make sure to press "Search".

You will get a list of properties based on your chosen criteria. You will be able to see relevant information such as property photos, property address, characteristics and details related to the lien.

Step 4

After you have selected the properties, you can export them in Excel or PDF formats or you can print them.
