Why do I keep receiving a lot of emails from PropertyShark?

If you receive numerous emails per day or per week from PropertyShark regarding new foreclosure listings, this is because you saved some of your foreclosure and/or pre-foreclosure searches.

How do I save a search?

To the left of your foreclosure results is the advanced search. To save your search, press the “Save Your Search” button.

When you do, a new message will open up:

By pressing the “Ok” button in the pop-up window, you are requesting to be notified via email whenever new listings that match your criteria are added. For each of these saved searches, you receive a separate email. Therefore, the more saved searches you have, the more emails you will receive. The listings that meet your criteria will be sent to you daily or weekly, depending on the frequency you select.

How can I stop receiving emails about foreclosures?  

1. Click on your name or the silhouette in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Select “Saved Searches".

1. Click on the bin for each saved search that you no longer want.

       2. This feature can also be disabled if you select the “Never” option.
