Log In to Your PropertyShark Account

Once you’ve created your PropertyShark account, logging in is easy and only takes a minute.

Step-by-Step: Sign In

1. Go to PropertyShark.com and click the Log in button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password. Be sure to use the correct capitalization, as passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Click the “Log On” (or similar) button to access your account.
4. After successful login, the “Sign In” button will change to show your name or a silhouette icon, confirming you’re signed in.
   

What you’ll see once logged in

• Access to your dashboard and saved searches.
• Access to tools like report lookup, comparables, maps.
• Your account name or avatar in the top-right corner for easy recognition.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Make sure your email address matches exactly the one you used to create the account.
• Double-check that you’re using the correct password - capitalization matters.
• If you don’t see your name in the top-right corner but still see “Sign In” or “Sign Up”, you are not logged in yet.
