Why you need a subscription

To unlock access to PropertyShark’s data, tools and reports (beyond the free account), you’ll need to subscribe to one of our available plans. The pricing and features vary depending on your region and the level of access you require.

Step-by-Step: Purchasing Your Subscription

1. Review plan details
   • Visit our Subscription page and compare the available plans (e.g., Pro, Elite, Platinum) for your region.
   • If offered, hover over each service in the plan comparison table to view short descriptions of what’s included.
   • Note the billing options - many plans offer monthly or annual billing.
2. Select your plan
   • On the pricing page, click the button labelled “Get Pro / Elite / Platinum” (or “Buy Now”) under the plan you want.
   • Confirm you’re selecting the correct region (state/city) if applicable.
3. Complete payment
   • You will be directed to the checkout/payment page.
   • Use a registered card or enter a new card as needed.
   • After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with transaction details.
   • Your plan access will be granted immediately - you can begin using the service without delay.
