Why this matters

When you subscribe to PropertyShark, your plan determines how many reports, exports and features you can access each month. Knowing exactly what’s included helps you maximise value and avoid surprises.

Subscription plans have specific quotas. For example, all of our subscription plans allow you to look up a certain number of addresses each month. Quotas vary by subscription level.

Included Quotas & Usage Limits

Monthly Report-Quotas

• Pro Plan: 175 Property Reports per month.
• Elite Plan: 200 Property Reports per month.
• Platinum Plan: 250 Property Reports per month.
  
  

Note: Unused reports do not roll over into the next month.

Ownership Report Usage

• All plan levels include up to 1,000 Ownership Reports per month.

Mailing/Data List Export Credits

• Up to 2,000 properties per month for data export (mailing lists or data lists).
• If you exceed this, additional records are billed at $0.10 each.

Special Feature Exports (Platinum or Add-On Only)

• Real Owners feature (for subscribers with the “Real Owners” ): up to 500 exports/month. Additional records $0.50 each.
• People Search: included only in the Platinum plan (or as add-on) - e.g., contact details for 50 individual owners each month. 

Best Practices & Tips

• Keep track of your quota reset date: your monthly cycle begins on the day you purchased/subscribed.
• Monitor usage: if your report quota is used up early, plan for a higher-tier plan or purchase extra credits.
• Export data carefully: exporting large lists may quickly consume your export quota; plan ahead.
• Consider upgrading if you regularly hit limits - the value you get per dollar improves at higher tiers.
• Review extra-feature access: higher-tier plans (or add-ons) unlock advanced tools like People Search or Real Owners exports - only use them if needed.
