What you’ll do

• Access the lists tool and target your geography and property types.
• Filter to only “real owners” with verified phone numbers.
• Refine your criteria further to match your strategy.
• Save your list and export owner names + phone numbers for follow-up.

Access the Property Lists Tool

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to Property Lists from the top menu.

Note: A Platinum subscription or Real Owners add-on is required to export verified phone numbers and owners behind LLCs.

Choose Your Target Location and Property Type

• Define the area you want to search (neighborhoods, ZIP codes, draw a polygon on the map).
• Select property type(s) relevant to your outreach (e.g., multi-family, retail, condo units).

Optional tip: Expand or narrow search by building class, units count, lot area.

Filter for Real Owners with Verified Phone Numbers

• In the list tool, locate the filter labelled “Real Owners with verified phone numbers” and toggle it on.
• This ensures the exported list includes manually researched ownership behind LLCs and phone numbers verified by the research team.

Narrow Down with Optional Criteria

You may refine your list further to match your campaign:

• Sale date / last transfer
• Lot size, building square footage, number of units
• Tax class, unused FAR, construction status

See Key Property Data + Ownership

• Once you hit “Search”, your result set appears with property data.
• Click “See Ownership” on any record to view owner details (where available).
• Confirm the owner data and phone number validity if you plan follow-up outreach.

Save Your List & Export Owners + Phone Numbers

• Click “Save List” so you can return to it at any time.
• Then click the “Export” button.
• Choose your format (Excel, CSV, etc.) and download.
• The exported file will include: owner names, verified phone numbers, owner addresses/zip codes (depending on your subscription).

Pro-Tips

• Name your export files clearly (e.g., NYC_MF_RealOwners_Sept2025.xlsx) so you can track campaigns over time.
• Store files in a structured folder system by campaign/date to build a searchable archive.
• Confirm your phone number list is DNC-compliant if you plan cold-calling—knowing the source and verification process helps ensure compliance.
• If you don’t see enough results, expand your filters (area/radius, sale date) or consider adding adjacent geographies.
• Check your subscription quotas and add-on eligibility since exporting verified phone numbers typically requires the Platinum tier or equivalent.
