Why this matters
When you want to find all properties associated with an owner - whether an individual or an entity/LLC - a deep owner search helps you uncover full portfolios, past ownerships, and hidden holdings. This builds your lead pipeline, gives you leverage, and reveals connections your competition might miss.
Begin the Search
- Log in and switch to the “Owners” tab in the top navigation.
- In the search fields, type in the Owner’s name (individual or company) and the Location (city, ZIP, state).
- Click Search to open the “Deep Owner Search” view.
Review the Results Set
- By default, the search returns all properties the owner currently or previously held, plus affiliated properties via companies.
Review key data for each result row: - Property address
- Building class and square footage
- Time held (ownership period)
- Link to full Property Report
- Owner(s) names and associated entities
- If you want to see all states instead of a single location, leave the location box blank and run the search again.
Pro-Tips
- Try alternative spellings or company names when an LLC is involved- ownership may be listed under an alias.
If initial results seem sparse, broaden filters: include older holdings, other states, related company names.
