Creating a free PropertyShark account gives you immediate access to:

• The ability to subscribe to one-or-more subscription plans (monthly or yearly) when you’re ready

Quick Step-by-Step

1. Go to PropertyShark and click the orange “Sign Up Now” button in the top-right corner.
2. On the registration form, complete all required fields:
3. Your email address
4. A strong password - make sure it meets our password requirements (e.g., minimum length, includes numbers/symbols)
5. Your phone number 
6. Click “Create Your Account”.
7. Check your inbox for a validation email (it may arrive within 10 minutes and could land in your spam folder).
8. Click the link in that email; you’ll be automatically logged in and ready to explore.

Important Notes & Restrictions

You cannot register more than one account using the same email address.

If you don’t see the validation email after about 10 minutes:
