What is automatic renewal?
All PropertyShark subscription plans are configured to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so that your service continues without interruption.
Step-by-Step: How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal
If you prefer not to allow your plan to renew automatically, here’s how to cancel the auto-renew setting:
- Log in to your PropertyShark account.
- Click your name (or the silhouette icon) in the upper-right corner and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section within your account settings.
- Find the subscription you wish to stop from renewing and click the “Cancel Renewal” button.
After you cancel renewal, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. It simply will not renew for the next period.
Important Things to Know
- Cancelling the auto-renewal does not immediately stop your access- your plan remains active until the end of the current term.
- If you miss cancelling before the renewal date, your card will be charged for the next cycle unless you turn off auto-renew early.
- Keep your account’s payment information up to date so you don’t lose service unintentionally due to payment failure.
- Your renewal date is the same day each month (for monthly plans) or each year (for annual plans). Mark it in your calendar if you intend to review or cancel ahead of time.
