Why this matters
When you want to find all properties associated with an owner - whether an individual or an entity/LLC - a deep owner search helps you uncover full portfolios, past ownerships, and hidden holdings. This builds your lead-pipeline, gives you leverage, and reveals connections your competition might miss.
What you’ll do
- Select the “Owner” tab within the platform.
- Enter the owner’s name + location to launch the deep search.
- Review all properties tied to that owner, then refine or export the results for outreach or analysis.
Begin the Search
- Log in and switch to the “Owners” tab in the top navigation.
- In the search fields, type in the Owner’s name (individual or company) and the Location (city, ZIP, state).
- Click Search to open the “Deep Owner Search” view.
Review the Results Set
- By default, the search returns all properties the owner currently or previously held, plus affiliated properties via companies.
Review key data for each result row: - Property address
- Building class and square footage
- Time held (ownership period)
- Link to full Property Report
- Owner(s) names and associated entities
- If you want to see all states instead of a single location, leave the location box blank and run the search again.
Refine, Save & Use the Results
- Use check-boxes or filter options (if available) to narrow by building class, time held, location, etc.
- Save the search or export the list for offline analysis, outreach or CRM import.

Pro-Tips
- Try alternative spellings or company names when an LLC is involved- ownership may be listed under an alias.
- If initial results seem sparse, broaden filters: include older holdings, other states, related company names.
- Use the output to cross-reference with your mailing list or outreach campaigns- this search adds depth beyond one property at a time.
- Keep a folder/archive of your owner-search exports and track follow-up actions (call, mail, meeting) so you build relational context over time.
