Using Tags to Build Lists

You can include or exclude certain types of properties from your list by using tags.

Including/Excluding Properties from Your List

After you create your tag, set it up by adding the properties you want to export or categorize. The short video below highlights the main steps.

To use tags, select the option from the “Common Criteria” box on the left side of the page.

1. Click "Open Tags".
2. Choose whether you wish to include or exclude the properties contained in those tags.

Tip: Checking a box under the “Must not include these tags” column will help you segregate properties from an already-populated list, depending on the types of tags that you created. To do this, tag the properties you previously exported to exclude them from your new list.

Conversely, to continue researching properties you’ve already exported, simply check the box for the relevant tag(s) under the “Must contain these tags” column and export them.
