Comps For Units

To compare the sales of units:

1. Make sure you’re logged in.
2. Click “Comparables” at the top and select “Comparables” again.
3. Depending on the type of units you want to compare, select “Condo Unit” or “Coop Unit.”
   
4. The system will then open the Comparables tool.
5. As you type the address in the “Subject Property” field, the system will give you a list of suggestions. Select the one you want to compare.
   
   

To compare sales of units within the same building:

1. Follow the above steps and enter the address of the building in the “Subject Property” field.
2. Select “Just This Building” from the “Radius.”

When you’re finished, you may further narrow your search by specifying additional criteria. Remember to press the “Search” button whenever you update your criteria.

Note: If your search type is “Building,” you won't be able to compare units within the same building.
