To change account information – such as the associated email address or phone number – from within your account:
- Log in to PropertyShark.com using the “Sign In” button in the upper-right corner.
- Once logged in, click your name or the silhouette in the upper-right corner.
- Select “Account” from the menu options.
- Under the “Account Details” section, click the “Edit Info” button.
- In the pop-up window, change the information as needed and click “Save”.
Note:
- When changing the email address associated with your account, you will be prompted to validate the new email address. To do so, follow the instructions on the new page.
- If you’re a member of a group subscription and you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, please reach out to your group contact.
