How to Export Comparables

To download your results after a comparables search:

1. Select the properties you are interested in or check them all.
2. Click the green button "Export".
3. Select a format you prefer (Excel spreadsheet, CSV, WinTotal or PDF).

If you prefer working with the raw data, export your results into an Excel format. But, if you'd like to show the comparables to your clients, export to a PDF file, which is more presentable.
